Change to loyalty card terms

From 30 April 2026, the benefits and terms of our loyalty card will change.

Loyalty card benefits:

• -15% on relaxation and treatment packages (except special offers and bookings made via intermediaries)
• -10% off the regular price of water and sauna centre tickets (does not apply to discounted tickets)
• -10% on treatments (except special offers)
• -5% from the lobby bar menu (excluding tobacco products and the water centre bar)
• -5% in the beauty salon (except special offers)
