Project objective: To implement the hotel and spa information system SALBOS in order to streamline customer service processes and improve daily operations.

Project outcome: The company’s level of digital readiness will increase.
Grant amount: 13 993,00€

Snow sauna – a unique rehabilitation and experience service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the project “Snow sauna – a unique rehabilitation and experience service” is to develop the experience service of a snow sauna as a cold and hot treatment unique in the neighbouring countries and thereby provide significantly more added value for the customers. In the course of the project,
a snow sauna fitting up to 10 people will be built in the indoor area of the water centre. It will be a room simulating a natural winter environment, with a cosy atmosphere and a view opening up to the water centre. The result of the project will be the
provision of a new tourism product that is competitive on the international level.
The project is partially funded from the European Regional Development Fund and the support amount is 194,298.69 euros. Funded as the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
